If you’re not satisfied with a service or product K2photographic provide, inform us within 30 days of the commission or sale and if we are unable to resolve the issue raised, we’ll refund your money in full. 



On-Time

If we miss a scheduled photography service appointment time of more than 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, you will be eligible for a £25.00 credit on your account.

If we miss a product delivery time of more than 17 days, you will be eligible for a  £40.00 credit on your account.
